It’s important to relax during the summertime, but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn something. And when experts from your community come out to teach it, why would you miss out?Financial education chatham

INB Expert Speakers

I will lead the kids and teens workshops. With almost 20 years in banking, I have helped thousands of people with their finances, and I have even worked with the Dave Ramsey program to teach students about financial responsibility, a program that INB has helped sponsor. I really look forward to continue helping out our community through these workshops.

My colleague, Jonathan Leonard of the bank’s Wealth Strategies staff, will lead the adult workshops, and we will both lead the reduce debit workshops. Jonathan has five years of experience in tax returns and six years of experience in financial advising and retirement planning. For seven years he has also regularly facilitated Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University classes in the Springfield area and has many years of retail banking experience under his belt.

This is INB’s first year with the Village of Chatham program. Each summer, the board puts these programs on and has about 300-500 people in attendance.
