When Christopher Browning purchased his first home, he remembers the tedious and time-consuming loan process. He turned to INB when the opportunity arose to refinance.

Service and Convenience
A young couple had found their first home but run into an issue with our initial bank that would be supplying their mortgage. Because the property was not zoned as typical residential land, their anxiety grew as they rushed to find a lender who could issue a mortgage for the property.
That’s when they were referred to INB Bloomington’s Mark Larsen (NMLS #638040) by their real estate agent.
“We were able to fulfill almost all of the requirements electronically, which was important since we lived over an hour away,” the Mt. Pulaski-based homeowner said. “Mark was accessible at all times of the day and was even willing to answer our questions when I would get off of my shift at 9 p.m. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything and made our first home buying experience a breeze.”
